Refunds & cancellation

Each class purchase is a one-time payment, so there is no subscription to cancel and no automatic renewal.

Request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment for a duplicate charge or for purchased access that KISO cannot deliver. Email kisobeyondformulas@gmail.com with the account username, class plan, payment reference and the issue.

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval to the original payment method. The time to receive the credit depends on the payment provider and bank. If the credit is delayed, contact KISO with your refund reference.

Digital courses have no physical return or shipping. Refund eligibility for delivered, working course access is limited to the cases described above, without limiting any applicable consumer rights. Contact KISO before making another payment if your first payment was debited but access has not appeared.
